If you remember this, your childhood was awesome! I used to watch that show a lot even though it wasn't my favorite. Now when I watch it Rocko's Modern Life is so much funnier! I get the little inside jokes more
I was bored in philosophy class the other day and I started drawing Heffer. Really when you disect the cartoon characters from Modern Life they really are a bunch of shapes meshed together. These characters are so easy to draw!
My favorite characters were Ed and Bev Bighead. Bev looked like a lady who went to our church and Ed remindes me of my Uncle Dave.
